Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do money back?
Once a reservation has been made, this is final and we are counting on your presence. In case of circumstances outside your control, please feel free to reach out.
Is biking experience required?
Yes! Although we have sought out easy and quite roads, you’re still in traffic and being able to handle a bike is a requirement. If the guide does not feel confident about your biking abilities, he/she has the right to deny you access to the tour.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Wind, rain, or shine, we are on. The Dutch weather can be cold and rainy at times, although global warming has made it more bearable. We do advise bringing good clothing for the weather. This website provides up-to-date radar imaging for rain forecasts: www.buienradar.nl
How safe is the route we will take?
Very safe! We have chosen a route that avoids busy intersections and bad traffic. We mostly bike on dedicated bike lanes. Helmets are not required in the country and you won’t need one.
