Kindly check the time difference before giving us a call. We are available daily from 8:30 in the morning until 5:00 in the evening. This is local Amsterdam time! We use mobile phones, so we will hear your call at 3am. We are better able to answer questions after our morning coffee!
Please note that we are a owner-operated company and as a result we could be busy giving tours at the time that you phone. If we are unable to answer your call, we kindly request that you leave a voice message with your phone number and we will happily return your call.
We kindly ask that you do not email us to be put on a waiting list because we don't use waiting lists. Cancellations for our tours are very rare. You are welcome to call us on the day of the tour from 8:30am to see if there have been any cancellations.
Before sending us an email, please take a moment to look at our website. We kindly request that you do not send us emails asking: the price of our tours, descriptions of our public tour, or what time the public tour departs, etc.. The answer to all of these questions can easily be found on our website by clicking here.
Our FAQ's may also be helpful for more detailed info on the Joy Ride experience. Please CLICK HERE
We are a four person company and we organize all of the tours, answer all of the emails and also maintain a fleet of beautiful bikes. This keeps us extrmely busy! If anything is unclear on our website, please feel free to email us and we will be more than happy to clarify anything that confuses you.
We kindly request that you use our booking form for all public tour bookings and for any private tour inquiries. CLICK HERE
If you are interested in employment or just want to email us, please do so on joyridetours(at)gmail.com.
However, please note that we do not answer private tour inquiries from this email address. All booking inquiries must go through our Booking & Info page.
Thank you and we look forward to meeting you!

P.S. If you are very lucky you might also get to meet our mechanic, Wouter. He rocks.
